Author Guidelines

The AJAES selects its content based on the formal and substantive criteria of peer-reviewed international journals. The following guidelines apply:

1. Originality: The manuscript must be original and must not be partially or fully published elsewhere, whether in print or electronic format.

2. Cover Letter: Authors must submit a cover letter along with the manuscript.

3. Manuscript Structure: Authors must submit the manuscript as two files: (Title and Blinded Manuscript).

The manuscript must include:
- Title page in English, author’s full name, institutional affiliation, mobile number, and email address.
- Abstract in both English (200–250 words), including the research problem, methodology, and main findings, followed by 4–6 keywords.
- Comprehensive structure: introduction, research problem and objectives, review of literature, hypotheses or thesis, conceptual framework, methodology, results, analysis, conclusion, and references.
- Formatting and referencing must follow APA style (7th edition) or another globally recognized standard.

Manuscripts derived from theses or dissertations are accepted if formatted to the journal's standards. Authors must disclose the title, defense date, and affiliated university.

The topic must align with the journal’s scope and areas of interest.

The journal accepts critical book reviews (in English) for books published within the last 3 years and within the scope of the author’s expertise (10,000–20,000 characters).

Manuscripts must range from 20,000 to 40,000 characters (including references, footnotes, tables, and appendices). Exceptions may be considered at the journal’s discretion.

Font Requirements:
- Title: 14pt bold (Times New Roman), 16pt bold.
- Subheadings: 12pt bold (Times New Roman).
- Body Text: 12pt regular (Times New Roman).
- Footnotes/Margins: 10pt (Times New Roman).
- References: Same font as body text

Manuscripts are accepted in English only.

4. Peer Review: All submissions undergo double-blind peer review by two subject experts. In case of conflicting reports, a third reviewer is consulted. Final decisions (accept, minor revisions, major revisions, reject) are communicated within two months.

5. Ethical Standards: The journal adheres to strict ethical policies regarding privacy, confidentiality, objectivity, and scientific integrity. Editors, reviewers, and editorial board members must not disclose information to any party other than the author.

6. Publication Order: Manuscripts are published based on technical and editorial scheduling, not order of acceptance.
